The Canadian Public Relations Society has named the ESG report on operations at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport in 2023 “best publication” in its annual Achieving Communications Excellence (ACE) Awards. The report, written, designed and published by PortsToronto in collaboration with Nieuport Aviation, details the commitment of the airport and its partners in operating a cleaner, greener and quieter airport, and advancements made in enhancing efficiency, minimizing its environmental impacts and adopting sustainable technologies under a net-zero roadmap.

Offering a complete overview of operations and sustainability measures at Billy Bishop Airport, the report includes extensive technical reporting, prefaced by an introduction featuring engaging interactive graphic and video elements that illustrate the highlights of the report.
